Let’s be honest — you have an acne problem. When you have a problem like acne, you can’t just twiddle your thumbs until it goes away! The truth of it is that acne is not like a rash that can simply be washed away cured with creams. To cure acne permanently and quickly you have to get to the root of what’s causing your acne and cut it off at the source.

For example, caffeine (found in chocolate, coffee, and teas) can cause acne breakouts. Also, refined sugars ( such as powdered sugar and white table sugar) and hydrogenated oils (in the form of vegetables oils) have been known to bring on breakouts.
Cutting back on your intake of these foods should help to limit your breakouts, but simply avoiding the foods that cause acne will not cure your acne indefinitely. There are also foods that can help in keeping your acne away and that’s a key to maintaining clear skin forever.
